Our auditors, Deloitte & Touche, LLP, conducted their audits in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. According to Deloitte’s findings, the financial statements referred to below present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of United Way of Northeast Florida.

The Form 990 is the annual information return for organizations exempt from federal income tax. It is a public document that provides a source of useful information about a not-for-profit organization's financial and charitable activities.
