SUCCESS STORY

FrancisFrancis is a 7th grader whose family was homeless; however, no one at school knew this because Francis hid her family’s situation. Her teacher did notice that she had trouble keeping up in school and that her grades were falling. She referred her to Full Service Schools. As a result of this referral, her family received assistance to find a home and Francis enrolled in a drop-out prevention program. She has made the honor roll for the last two years.
