More than 800 information & referral professionals from across the nation are expected to attend this year's conference, entitled "Sunshine, Sandals and Surf: I&R’s Breath of Fresh AIRS." The 29th Annual I&R Training and Education Conference will be hosted by Florida AIRS (FLAIRS). Bob Arnold, Director of United Way 2-1-1 in Jacksonville and FLAIRS Vice President, will offer tours of the United Way 2-1-1 call center for conference attendees.
