What is the Community Builder Program?

United Way’s Community Builder Program provides an excellent opportunity for Northeast Florida’s businesses to invest in their employees and our community. Each year, organizations such as yours commit to support the Community Builder Program by lending or sponsoring bright, articulate and positive employees for the fall campaign.

By loaning or sponsoring an employee to United Way, you are making an investment with a guaranteed return. Community Builders receive professional training and return to your organization with stronger management, public speaking and organizational skills as well as a better understanding of our community's needs.
