But honestly from what I know They really aren’t to blame. And with this your response may be Well how can this be so? And I ask, how can you blame a man For things he doesn’t know? Then one day a group of passionate hearts Surfaced into sight, Devoting hours on various days Toward improving what wasn’t right. Through financial classes, savings programs, And free tax preparation, All designed to help some folks Acquire financial education. From a mobile van to college campuses, Their services were found. And they continued making a difference in many lives From that day to now. The passionate hearts within this story Were actually all of you Who’ve helped improve our community, Through the wonderful work you do. So I’d like to thank every one of you, For playing such an intricate part, In helping our community gain financial Real$ense Through becoming Money Smart.
